1. Cashew Nuts
Origin: Originally from Brazil, cashew nuts were introduced to Vietnam in the 20th century and are now widely cultivated in Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, and the Central Highlands. Vietnam is currently the world’s leading exporter of cashew kernels.
Characteristics: Hard outer shell with a light yellow kernel inside, offering a rich, nutty flavor and mild aroma.

Characteristics: Small to medium-sized seeds with various colors and textures, offering a mild, earthy flavor. Common types include mung beans, red beans, black beans, and soybeans.
Nutritional Value:

- Dietary Fiber: Aids digestion and promotes gut health.
- Minerals (iron, magnesium, potassium): Contribute to bone health and overall wellbeing.
